Singular and Plural Words

Singular means only one in number and Plural means more than one in number. A noun refers to an object, person, or place. When a noun is singular, it refers there is one of them. The word singular indicates a quantity of one. When a noun is plural, it refers to there being more than one. The word plural indicates a quantity of many.

How to get plurals of singular nouns?

A. By adding ‘s’ to the singular form – Look at the singular and plural forms of the following nouns:
